An Ohio native, I came to Arizona in 1986 to obtain a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Arizona.  I've lived in the Phoenix metroplex since 1989 and have been a homeowner in Ahwatukee since 1992. 

After several years in corporate sales for the resort industry, I began my residential real estate career in 1995.  I worked from 1995 - 1999 selling new homes for several of the top Phoenix home builders: UDC Homes, Beazer Homes, and Standard Pacific Homes. 

Since 2000 I've been selling homes in the resale market as well as new homes.  I'm a Realtor with West USA Realty. With over 100 hours of advanced real estate training, I achieved the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation based on production and extensive advanced courses.  I have earned the national real estate Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certification.  I am also a licensed Certified Negotiation Expert, specializing in real estate negotiations, which have benefited my clients greatly.  I have been trained as a Real Estate Commissioner appointed by the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County to be of assistance to that Court when they deem it necessary in the disposition of properties due to divorce.  Clearly, my negotiation skills are useful in this arena when dealing with opposing parties.

My personal interests include ballroom dancing and west coast swing, hiking South Mountain, cycling, skiing, and travel.  As time permits, I volunteer for community service projects and fundraising events.  I attend Redemption Church.  The picture to the right in the Superstition Mountains during one of our rare "snow days"!~
